Sorry, I just googled all over the place and turned up something that supported what my cardio said. No idea where it was. Guest guest Posted June 29, 2004 Report Share Posted June 29, 2004 Just to add another personal data point to this thread. I just saw my EP today to follow up my Echo and Holter. They came back NORMAL. No enlargement, no thickening, no CAD, valves good, etc. Completely normal. I was soooooooooooooo thrilled. (As thrilled as anyone can be with parox afib!!!) His rule of thumb was if my HR was under 180, if I was comfortable (not dizzy, etc), I could sit around for about 4 hours to see if I self converted.
