I am not not NOT discouraging anyone else from this!!) like a chore and the ever defiant part of me would rebel against it almost before I started LOL!!! But if you enjoy recordkeeping and its important to you to see not just what youre eating but how much and WHY (alot of people record their feelings too which is a great idea too especially for compulsive overeaters) I totally think journaling is a great way to go!!
