Bread?

Has anyone here given up bread completely? I recently spoke to a

friend of mine who works out at a local gym who said that the way he

became so lean and muscular was by cutting out bread. If anyone has

given up bread entirely, let me know how you manage eating! So many

meals I love involve bread/bread products, but I'm willing to give

it a shot.

This isn't a no-carb thing, just bread only.
