Thanks, > What I did was to cook some chicken (I just used boneless breasts but you could use ones with bones - they say it gives more flavor) in a big pot of water, with some crushed garlic cloves and sliced celery and carrots and onions. I boil it for about an hour (keep removing the foam), then take the meat and veggies out. Strain the broth. You can boil it down more, if you need to. I added some non-iodized salt, too.
