Guest guest
Hi, I'm Terri and I just joined your group. I am hoping to meet a lot of people with common goals, that is, lose the weight and keep it off for good. I joined Weight Watchers on July 1st. and have been regularly attending meetings in my area, but a once a week meeting is sometimes not enough, so I thought I would try this. When I joined, our leader told me to lose 10% of my body weight first, and then decide on what my goal would be. How do you decide what you goal should be? I am 53 years old and know I won't ever weigh what I did in my 20's and 30's, but how do you figure that out? I also have a question about when you reach your goal and stay there for ? weeks and become a lifetime member, someone told me you had to stay within 2 pounds either direction. Is it true you cannot lose any more? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Terri
Guest guest
What you said is exactly what I meant, perhaps I didn't phrase it that way, sorry for the confusion. > Are you sure you phrased that correctly, Cliff?
