Oh Chandra, 's page just broke my heart all over

again. She was beautiful!!! She seems like she was

such a sweet little angel. I can't believe

Mississippi doesn't have a law requiring pools have

fencing. Here in South Carolina not only do you have

to have a fence but you have to have a lock on the

fence when it is not in use.

Keep your chin up and know we are all praying for you!
