Somewhere in one of these groups there was infor on LIGAMENT LAXITY and

adrenals- and in fact on the Dr. Rind site- he lists ligament laxity as an

" issue " or a sign.

When I was in really awful shape with adrenals - I had really aswful ankle

swelling and issues - I nearly had surgery!!!!

Come to find out- LOW cortisol was to blame.

History- I WAS a competive natural bodybuilder. The OVER DIETING and excessive

exercise took my already so-so hormonal profile and threw me deep into the hole.

I was a mess... still not 100% - but getting better.

I have very flat feet- always have- born that way- my father too and he has

suffered from heart disaese and now has diabetes... he's also a doctor -- ha ha

ha - so you know he has already poo-poo ed all the thyroid talk....

When I was competing after one of my last shws I was using one of those

REBOUNDERS for exercise- but after awhileit hurt my ankles- then again- 2 hours

a day is alot...they got worse- never really healed - I woud limp out of bed

until they " warmed up a bit " ...it flet like my super flat feet got even flatter.

I also have bunions!!! Anyone else???

Also seems to run in my family- so I am pretty sure my genetics are laced with

HYPO...
