Pea Protein Concentrate legal?

Is Pea Protein Concentrate from Kirkman legal now? I know in the past

it wasn't considered legal. I couldn't find info on it on the

supplements section of pecanbread. Maybe I just missed it... On the

Kirkman website it says:

" The product is free of casein, gluten, corn, soy, rice, dairy, colors,

flavors, yeast and preservatives. Kirkman believes this product is

suitable not only on CF/GF diets, but also on the SCD. "
