My friend did say that bread was the worst thing possible to eat, and by the looks of him he seems to know what he's talking about lol-. I'm such a huge bread person though, so I think if I can manage to cut wayyyyyyyyy back on bread - *** I was a big bread person too. I would always eat wheat but I don't think it was completely wheat bread. Too soft. Anyways, now I buy the whole grain stuff. The stuff that is more than $2/loaf. Way expensive IMO. My son won't eat it so I continue to buy the soft stuff for him and the expensive stuff for me. Now today I had about 6 pieces. But normally I have only about 5 slices a week.
