Guest guest
I'm sorry, I may have mis-typed. I don't mean the FLEX points, but I mean the daily points. The ones that you get new every day? Sometimes I don't want to eat all of those, and our leader said we *HAD* to. May I ask who told you it is required that you eat all your flex points? I don't think that is correct. Sooooo...maybe just throw them away! *smile* > >Sharon >Jesus Saves.... > > From time to time, especially when the weather heats up, I'm not a > big eater. Guest guest
You are supposed to eat your daily target. You can occasionaly go under your daily target, but should not go under 20 points. But you do not need to eat ANY flex points if you do not want to. - Sharon Cole wrote: > > Caroline...I am sorry I don't want to buy any flex points. Guest guest
Isn't that the same as someone telling you that you have to " clean your plate " when you're no longer hungry? If you don't want them, don't eat them. Isn't this one of the main things we're re-learning? To recognize true hunger & only eat when you're hungry? Guest guest
Caroline, do you think the Winning Points is better for you? You can always go back to that plan. Many here have because if works. Sharon Jesus is the only way to the Father... I'm sorry, I may have mis-typed. I don't mean the FLEX points, but I mean the daily points.
