I'm sorry, I may have mis-typed. I don't mean the FLEX points, but

I mean the daily points. The ones that you get new every day?

Sometimes I don't want to eat all of those, and our leader said we

*HAD* to.

You are supposed to eat your daily target. You can occasionaly go under your

daily target, but should not go under 20 points. But you do not need to eat ANY

flex points if you do not want to. -

Isn't that the same as someone telling you that you have to " clean

your plate " when you're no longer hungry? If you don't want them,

don't eat them. Isn't this one of the main things we're re-learning?

To recognize true hunger & only eat when you're hungry?

big eater. A few pieces of fruit, some cereal, you get the idea. Some

days, frankly, I'm just not hungry. Now with flex points, I obviously

can't bank, but I also have the problem of being *forced* to eat. I've

been told that I *must* eat all my flex points. Now I don't mind

Caroline, do you think the Winning Points is better for you? You can always go

back to that plan. Many here have because if works.
