Your chances should be the same as a normal non-septated uterus. Do you have any reason to think that other than the septum you or dh have subfertility or infertility? My dr thought we were subfertile and suggested the use of meds/IUI to get pg after my 2nd resection surgery. I was eager to do anything that would get me pg fast...wasn't as fast as I thought and it wasn't until the 7th cycle that we got " lucky " and have a dd from it. After her birth, we ttc'd on our own and got a ++ hpt by the 3rd try. >>>Have you guys also been told if a septum > is a reason for infertility? Mine sounds like yours. It was very thick and reached from tube to tube, but only came down about 1/3 of the way. My 2nd dr suggested that the impaired fertility " might " be explained by the presence of a septum since it would be difficult for an embryo to survive if implanted on it and may result in very early m/c. Before my resection, the only pg I knew of was my m/c at 12 wks that led to the discovery of my MA> Sara SU resected x2 dd 13mo, #29w5d
