Guest guest Posted June 2, 2003 Report Share Posted June 2, 2003 Wow, an emotionally up and down day for me! UGH! I must be close to time for my Depo shot for sure...lol! A good eating and exercise day, I think, but I learned that Rice King makes crappy Chinese food, and that I just should have gotten Subway from the food court, it would have tasted better! HA! Oh well, live and learn. Good workout today, another 45 minutes on the tread with the random program, and right at my target heart rate the whole time, so another step in the right direction, I think. Did not do weights as planned today, DH was done with Dr appt early and the machines were crowded as it was lunch time by the time I was done with the tread. So, going to go alone tomorrow again, am actually starting to prefer the time alone to focus and concentrate on the wonderful things I am doing for my body. Anyway, here are today's totals: Breakfast: 1 c. Kashi Go Lean Crunch (can we tell I am a total Kashi convert? I have not tried any of their products that did not taste GREAT, and keep me full!) 1/2 c. lowfat strawberry yogurt 1 banana Snack: 3 oz grilled turkey medallion 8 sesame breadsticks Lunch: orange chicken steamed rice steamed broccoli (I ordered beef and broccoli, but the beef was like shoe leather, so I ate what I could of the broccoli, since they did not have steamed veggies by themselves, I won't eat there again!) Snack: 3 c. popcorn Dinner: Healthy Choice Shrimp and Veggies bowl (blech! no flavor!) 3 c. added steamed broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts Snack: 1 c. Kashi Strawberry Fields 1/2 c. milk Bonus Treat: 1 Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Eclair 1/2 c. milk Water: 5 1/2 liters Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill 15 minutes stretching Sharon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
