Guest guest
OK, I know I am beating a dead horse here but what on earth do I do about this? I just went into the keto program I have (the one recommended in Dr. Freeman's book) and put in the nutrition info from the labels for one of our menus and compared it to the data from the info in the program. According to the menu done by the program, the meal is at the 3.6 ratio. When I use the label info, it shows as 2.7!!!! HELLO!! Maybe this is explaining some of the seizure activity??? I know the labels use averages but this is so far off where we should be and so much LOWER on the ratio. What to do now? I'll call our dietician in the morning but I am tempted to ditch the program data and use the labels. But then, if Langan has been eating at a 2.7 ratio and we thought it was 3.6, she might have real problems on a true 3.6, right? Any advice? , mom to Langan, 18 months old and a keto kid since 11/
