we're headed back to Iowa.....

Just got off the phone with Dr. Ponseti, and it looks like we are

going back and may need 1-2 more casts. Does anyone know of any

cheap/free ways to fly back? I am in Los Angeles and will be

traveling with Becky, and my oldest that is 3 1/2. We are

going to be able to stay with relatives that live in Iowa (thank

goodness for them!) so having someplace to stay is no problem, it is

just the getting there and the costs of treatment.

I think that right now I am still in shock that we are going to be

heading back but I know that we are going to be doing the right

thing in the long run.

Any tips from anyone that have children that have regressed or older

children with casts? Becky has become so active and I worry about

her not being able to walk or do her usual activities.
