Re: foods to avoid

soft cheeses (feta, brie, blue veined cheeses) luncheon meats, hotdogs, no

refrigerated meat spreads or pate (canned is ok), avoid refrigerated smoked

fish such as kippered, lox, nova-style, canned is ok. avoid foods with

unpasteurized milk and raw milk.

Limit tuna to 1x per week

foods to avoid

I was just wondering......

Are there any foods (or vitamin supplements) which pregnant women are

supposed to avoid?

sort of:

4 packages froz spinach, defrosted and well drained

large cont cottage cheese

crumpled feta (about 1 1/2 cups?)

salt pepper

couple eggs (2-4 I prefer to use less, it makes it stick togehter)

frozen filo dough

melted butter or fat to keep dough moist.

mix everything but dough and fat, you can change the ratio of cheeses

according to your preference

put several layers of dough on large cookie sheet, follow package directions

brushing with grease to keep it moist. pile on spinach mix. the rest of

the dough layers on top brushing with grease between layers. Curl up ends.

bake 350 about 50 mins, til browning on top

deeelicious
