A-Fib Triggers

I feel envious of you, who have been able to figure out what

triggers your A-Fib. I'm convinced that I have no triggers my heart

just has a mind of its own. Every time I have an episode and I try

to isolate the trigger I never repeat the pattern.Example I eat just

before going to bed wake up in A-Fib try it again many other times

don't go into A-Fib. I do have a pattern though every 2-3 weeks go

into A-Fib, lasts more than 12 hours and less than 24 hours. Up

until know always convert on my own. My HR whin I'm fibbing never

gets above 135. On Sotalol 320 mg a day which doesn't do much and of

course Coumadin.
