Sorry, Trudy, then it was some other sweet and informed person whose

name escapes me.

Anyone remember telling me about two years ago,to eat salmon and

Vitamin E in order to stabilize my INR?.

At this time of the year and for a short time, wild salmon is available here

in Seattle. It comes from Alaska and is called Copper River salmon. The rest

of the year, wild salmon is hard to find, and the farmed salmon doesn't agree

with me very well. I eat mostly canned salmon, which is wild, I think; but

the high salt content is the downside of that.

At this time of the year and for a short time, wild salmon is available here

in Seattle. It comes from Alaska and is called Copper River salmon. The rest

of the year, wild salmon is hard to find, and the farmed salmon doesn't agree
