Sorry, Trudy, then it was some other sweet and informed person whose

name escapes me.

Anyone remember telling me about two years ago,to eat salmon and

Vitamin E in order to stabilize my INR?.

It may have been me because I do remember discussing the benefits of salmon

here. I am stable on a dose of 2.5 m.g. of Coumadin and I attribute to the

omega 3 oils in salmon as well as vitamin E the stability of my INR at about

2.4.

I can't prove this, of course, but I know that salmon and other fatty fish

have great health benefits to offer, so I would eat salmon under any

circumstances.

It may have been me because I do remember discussing the benefits of salmon

salmon in Seattle?...I have to go to a specialty store(health food)
