In fact just last week I said to someone " If one more person tells me they are going on the Adkins diet I am going to shoot myself " luckily I was just kidding! Just a little background... my college major is health promotion and I have taking 2 university accredited course in nutrition and from what I have studied I have major pangs with this diet and I am attaching some things that I have found about it and the grips I have with it.
