Candy-

I'm just curious what doctor in Tulsa did your son see? My son, Carston, is

seeing Dr. Holderness here in Tulsa. At Carston's first appointment w/Dr.

Holderness he mentioned the possibility of either going to OKC or Shreveport for

surgery.

....

We will be taking our son Cole (bilateral...9 months old) to Dr. Dale Jarka
who works out of the clinic at Children's Mercy. & nbsp; Our story is kinda long
when it comes to treatment, but to try to make it short....we lived in
Tulsa, had casting and tenotomy in Oklahoma City. & nbsp; Follow up was in Tulsa
until we moved to Kansas 4 months ago. & nbsp; Got a referral to a regular
orthopedic surgeon who had only heard of the Ponseti method. & nbsp; Last visit we
had with him is what made us decide to go to KC even though it's a 2 1/2-3
hour drive. & nbsp; The doctor said Cole could stop wearing his DBB at only 8
months old. & nbsp; We all know that's wrong and was heading for a relapse. & nbsp;

Dr.
Jarka has trained with Dr. Ponseti so I knew we were making
the right decision.

There's our story in a nutshell. & nbsp; We go to KC March 21st and are all
looking forward to it. & nbsp; :)
