Guest guest
I really think you need to GO SLOW. I know you are bored with your choices, but you keep adding foods that you system is obviously not ready for. You should not be having stomach pains if you are eating foods that agree with you. Can you come up with a breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner that you could eat that does NOT cause you any distress of any sort? If so, try eating those meals for a week or two... boring yes, but I don't think you are going to get well quickly if you keep eating things that cause distress. I know that food boredom is a real problem. Maybe you could try out a new hobby or go on a hometown " tour " and visit local museums or anything to get your mind off food. Volunteer, read books... anything to make it through a few weeks of " boring " food choices. Jody mom to -6 and -8 SCD 23 months

Guest guest
Jody, If you are having stomach pains it might be that you are eating food that you aren't ready for. When that happens going back to a more basic diet even the intro diet if the pain is severe is what I'd do. Things like slippery elm will just feed the bad buggies.
