Guest guest
Here's hoping that my posting problems are over with ---- Weighed in yesterday with no gain/no loss - I'm fine with that -- it was my first week on flex points but I ate just as I had under the old plan - wound up with 14 unused flex points ....the flex points I did used were pretty evenly distributed over the course of the week ... so it was not this new plan that impacted my weigh-in. Guess after losses of 2.2 and 3.2, my body was just ready to take a break., I'll tell you what's wierd though - I stepped on my home scale Thursday morning and it was down 2 pounds from where it was last Saturday morning. Now, yesterday, its' up a 1.5 from where it was on Thursday. Just goes to show, I guess, that there are natural day-to-day fluctuations that have nothing to do with being OP or not. Mitch -- All-Time High - 300 -------------------------------- Starting Weight - 281 Lost before Re-Joining WW - 25.2 Lost since Re-Joining WW - 49.2 Total Loss - 74.4 Current Weight - 206.6 Goal - 175 Pounds to Go - 31.

Guest guest
You are so close to ONEderland - you should have dropped your pants and you would have been there - just kidding of course! Women have been known to go in and take their bras off for a little extra loss. Of course the jewelry, glasses etc. plus a trip to the bathroom right before hopping on the scales always helps. Maybe next week we'll all be celebrating with you! Guest guest
LOL......about me thinking about you while laying in bed......lol.....had to explain that one to my dh! What is was, is that I woke up around 5:30am to use the bathroom and was laying there thinking " I need to check my weight this morning " and then all the sudden I thought " It's Sat morning, I wonder if Mitch hit Onederland?? " You and I were pretty close in weight there for awhile, until I get mental and worried about reaching Onederland.......now I am behind you and wondered how you were doing. Remember I don't go to meetings, so you guys are my meeting. Take care and hope the rest of your week slows down and is less stressful.
