I worked on my new lifestyle of waiting for true hunger and stopping when satisfied. Sometimes were better than others, but overall, I call it a success. Saying on several occasions, "No. I'm not hungry now," and then sharing small amounts of tasty foods from restaurants instead of munching munching munching until I'm stuffed. I am often surprised how long my body goes until it needs food again. It feels good. I look forward to doing it again tomorrow. Wow! Thanks sharing your experience and encouragement on your posts. I'm glad you are able to recognize your hunger signals and can stop eating more often when you realize you are no longer hungry. It doesn't always happen that way for me either, but it is sure nice when I can apply those methods.
