Guest guest
Hallo Charge land! Yesterday we assessed the challenges of cars and chairs. Today we are having some progress on the chair issue. Well, we seem to have found a chair that at least works better than the ones we had in the house up until yesterday. Having a chair is nice, but now we are navigating sitting at the desk in a way that we can write and then finding we have to move far away so we can read - because the brace only allows him to look down with discomfort. The new chair is also functional for video gaming, but his head is much higher than most of the televisions now. Oddly enough, the computer set up requires the least modification for him. Now he is trying to watch television. My youngest son came running out to tell me found a comfortable position. He is on the floor kneeling behind his ottoman, sitting on his heels - with his elbows on the ottoman sort of draped over it. I had to laugh and moan at the same time. was happy he was comfortable - but how uncomfortable his comfort! His poor toes are going to fall asleep! ) Before we take the brace off for the day we are going to try lying down so we can start to assess those challenges in our minds. >whew< smiles~! yuka
