When to start taking hydrocortisone

Dear Moderators,

I have been taking my temperatures now for several weeks.  They have gone up to

around 37°C but are not stable yet. How long should I wait before starting

hydrocortisone?  Since I am not yet past the menopause and temperatures seem to

vary before and after ovulation (as confirmed in Wikipedia), should I track a

whole cycle and see what happens?  Or am I wasting my time?
