Guest guest
Terri, Sleep in as late as you can that morning. Then take your time getting ready to go. The waiting without coffee would be really tough for me too!!! We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers. JJ ----- Original Message ----- > I feel alot better after the visit yesterday. I can remain awake, which was a big concern of mine. I need to know what's going on! The doctor said we could chat during the whole thing, so she'd be telling me what she sees and what she's doing..... > > The toughest part for me is the no food or drink 8 hours before - and my surgery is scheduled for 1PM.... no coffee??!@!???? Guest guest
Terri, Good luck with the surgery. I am sure you will do fine. I've had quite a few surgeries and the worst part for me was always the fasting. Is this a short procedure or do get to stay overnight? I had my sinuses operated on 4 times. It was only an overnight stay the first 2 times. Now, with insurance they like to get you out of there as soon as possible. Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Barbara

Re: OT - Terri's upcoming surgery Oh Joya - not a big deal. It's a hysteroscopy (look see) and Endometrial Thermablation. It's pretty much a D & C, with biopsy, then a burning of the uterine lining to try and control the bleeding....TerriPlease visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengersYou will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@...Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htm

Guest guest
That is NOT menopause. You are still producing the hormones. The ablation has nothing to do with your ovaries.
