Tuesday- Did the water,supps 20 min. walk. Tuna salad with celery(2-1=1),sf

jello with cream-2,pork rinds,cheese stings-.8 coffee-4 roast turkey and

beef,2 egg omelet-2,cheesecake-2,spinach(5-2=3) carbs-14.8 My DH

deleted things to move Napster around-I had nothing!!! I am helpless in

this situation,I'm back though. Wed.-coffee-4,kielbassa says 0 carbs,but I

felt something,I won't eat it again. Nuts-4,cheese-4,sf jello with

cream-2,cheesecake-2,ham2 egg omelet,pork chop,steak,Did the water.supps,30

min. walk .

Some how ,I knew I'd be in the garbage,digging the wrapper out.Old fashioned

ham garlic sausage-energy-170/80 g serving,protein-13.0,fat-13.0

carbohydrate-0.gluten free,no MSG.
