Guest guest Posted March 3, 2001 Report Share Posted March 3, 2001 Pork Rind French Toast1.5 oz. pork rinds (1/2 of a 3-oz. bag)2 eggs1/4 cup cream2 packets sweetener (I use Splenda)Cinnamon to taste (I use 1/2 tsp.)Pulverize the pork rinds. Mix the eggs, cream, sweetener and cinnamontogether. Stir in the pork rinds. Let sit for 5 minutes, until themixtureis thick and goopy.
