I know, I need to quit spassing(?) No silence here! I feel like we're right

on top of our own

" crack in the egg " , but I can't put my finger on it. I was only enamoured

(french sp?) with 10 sentences or so, once I slowed down. How many people do

U think would be convinced of

Castenada's picture of us as an egg shaped being of shimmering light,

and yet, apparently we are that too. (I'm assuming U know of cuz I

haven't hit anything yet that you're not familiar with.)

Deepak quoted the rishi's " all this struggling to learn, when all we have to

do is remember "

and now I have to find the text....because I've forgotten what we're

supposed to remember.

Maybe Roy knows (smiling) is he meditating? I had an image of him last

nite, sitting quietly on the couch in the other room, having the same image

flash in his brain as you and your friend shared in your synchronicity, in the

next room..

We ARE going to get somewhere!

- I went to the link and it was advertising a book, but I didn't see

the interview. I do know for many things one inherits a genetic tendency,

but the gene is turned on or not based on environmental factors. So my

question is once turned on, is it static like CHARGE or is is malleable?

Would be interested to see what this guy Pearce says. Kim

Oh yes and if I were to add meditation into my day, this type would appeal

to me - simply because it is the effectiveness of breath, and the calmness

of heart that I crave and I clearly operate from my heart anyway - so might

as well improve the accuracy of that process. Smile. I did send the link

to Roy to see how it appealed to him. Kim

I am very happy to say that I do not know of Castenada - my greatest

fear in life is to be perceived as a know it all. When we focus on behavior

on the list, that just happens to be my area of passion.

I can picture humans as an egg shaped sphere of light - I kind of like it

actually, especially since in my discovery transformation process with Tony

Robbins my wall flower, talked over, timid persona became a " Lighthouse of

loving and caring. " When I doubt I only need think of that and the strength

returns and it reminds me that the light goes outward from me, not because

of me.

I am thinking we need to continue this off list, as it is getting farther

and farther from what everyone else may need at the moment.

Kim-

Your description of meditation from the heart and breath is wonderful. I

couldn't put that into words, but it's what I feel too. I have been taking

yoga for several months now. The thrill for me was when I was able to

self-calm the day after our IEP meeting last week. I was able to calm

myself using the techniques we learned -- usually the teacher is guiding us

thru the relaxation and I didn't think I could do it independently. But I

did! I was so pleased to realize that I have that power within me and that

I have the skill to begin using it!

That is awesome news.To be able to put it in place without the teacher, big

step in internalizing it and making it part of you. Kim
