I wud like to figure it out cuz when i was away i ate carb solution every day and when i came back i was not in ketosis but i had not cheated in anyway and it was 2 days after i was back and not eating carb solution b4 i was back in ketosis, and i was not cheating, i did however lose some weight as my jeans fit so much better and I could see a difference. Just do the math - 9 calories for a gram of fat, 4 calories for a gram of protien or carb. If the count doesn't come out right, then consider the extra carbs to be the leftover calories.
