Chicken Soup

Hi,

I was reading through the chicken soup recipe today (the one for the intro

diet). Am I correct in assuming that you do not eat the chicken and the veggies

(except for the carrots - pureed)? This is a liquid soup that is basically

chicken stock with the carrots added, right? What would you do with the leftover

chicken?

Thanks again for any info. I really want to be prepared BEFORE starting this

diet. Because if I start it and run out of food when I'm really hungry, I'll

cheat. 8o)

You can eat the chicken. Some times I put the chicken back in in

chunks. Other times I have pureed the chicken also (with the broth

and the carrots and end up with a very creamy soup.
