I can't speak for anyone but myself but I have been eating all my AP's

and most all my Flex Points for the past three weeks, and I'm loosing

weight! My second week I had 8 Flex Points leftover, but the other two

weeks I ate all of them. I have had a loss all three weeks. I was on a

very long plateau (over 6 months) and then I started loosing 1/2 lb or

less per week for a total loss of 4 lbs over the summer. The first week

eating my Flex Points ( & AP's) I lost 3 lbs! The second week I lost .8

and it was " that time of the month " . I have been doing WW for 18 months

now and that was the first time I had a loss during my TOM. Last week I

was down another lb. So, as far as I'm concerned I'm eating the AP's AND

the Flex Points as long as the weight keeps coming off. If I come to

another plateau I will start cutting back the Flex Points, but I have 18

lbs to go and I plan to eat as much as my body will let me! :o)

At first, I thought you could eat all 35 Flex points and use AP's and WW

would still expect you to show a weight loss every week.

Now, I'm starting to think that I should eat all my target points for

sure, all my AP's because I'm working my body and using more energy (I

usually get 7-8 AP's on a workout day) but try to not use Flex points

unless it's an " no workout " day, if I want to show any kind of loss at

the scales in a week.

Not as many as I would like ;o) I'm only earning about 12 per week right

now. Just the three days a week doing Tae Kwon Do. I was exercising at

home on the off days but things have been hectic lately and I fell out

of my routine. So now the only other exercise I'm getting is a 1 mile

walk around the neighborhood with the dogs every evening. But I don't

count AP's for that, it's probably not even a point.
