Did the water,supps,20 min. walk. Ate-2 egg cheese,onion,pepperoni omelet -7 ,2 French toast-2,coffee-4,chicken wings,pork rinds,cheese strings-1,sf jello with cream-2,2 oz, walnuts-8-4=4,celery-2-1=1,tuna salad,pepperoni crisps I was famished last two days!! Total carbs -21 Going to bed.
