7 lbs is fantastic! Is that all in one week? Wow!

Congrats on fighting the cookie demon. ;-)

I went to the store today and the only food I would allow myself to buy was

in the produce section. We'll see on Monday if it pays off.

I'm now at goal. I weighed in on Monday but haven't had a chance to

post. I now officially begun maintenance!

Beginning Weight - 170.4 on March 10, 2003

Weight Lost - 43.8 pounds

Current weight - 126.6

Goal weight - 127

I will probably eventually lose down to about 120, but right now I'm

trying out maintenance.

I'm so excited!!!
