Sure he had a cyst that was blocking his sperm from getting out. He had the

cyst removed, but since the sperm had been backing up into his body, he had

developed antibodies against it.

They found a couple a live and used those, but otherwise he has a zero sperm

count.

If they want any more they will have to use donor sperm.

Don't know if that is happening to your brother, but they guess that he has

had this cyst since he was little.

Odd that no one found it.

Now I worry about my boys.

, my brother is also having problems and will likely have to

try IVF. Do you mind my asking what problem your brother had? I'm

just curious if their problems are somehow similar to ours.

I know someone who may have the same problem. Are you referring to a

varicocelle? I am not sure if I spelled that right or not. I had read that

these don't generally cause fertility problems, but if what you are referring to

is a varicocelle, it sounds like it could cause problems. Thank you so much for

sharing!
