TOTAL subtracting fiber=13.5

I may have an atkins bar and/or some jello a little later on.

Another day down, the kitchen is closed.

Well JJ, I do have trouble keeping track of what day it is, but I do believe we are on day 15. And yes, its me, the biggest accomplishment for me is to stop the continuous nightime feeding. And to be back to exercise feels really really good. That said, there is one day this week where I shall have to get up at 6 am to exercise. either that or at 10 PM cuz that is what time i will get home. We shall see if I am capable or if I am swimming. The breakfast thing is hard to do because, well, it just doesn't seem that important to me. But I do think that it, and the increased water, are helping with the nightime cravings. And that is a revelation to me.

So how are you doing JJ? How's the back feeling? I hope you aren't overdoing it.

Could be Day 15...I can't count...<G> I think you may have found the answer

to cravings with breakfast..that is soooo kewal!!!! I know it works for

me...you're right, that and water. Keep it going!!

As for exercise...it does wonders for the mood and energy. You are more apt

to stick to an exercise program if you do it in the morning...and studies

show that morning exercise burns more fat than in the evening...and has

longer positive effects on the body. Go for the morning if you can!!!!

As for me??? They say it is hard to keep a good woman down...so overdo

overdo at every possible moment...LOL...I am healing and getting things

caught up. Thanks for asking.
