Guest guest
Carol, how do you know if you are in need of more detox, or any detox? Can you distinguish between a herx, our illness and the need to detox, or just take it as a precaution. Is there any symptoms of the need to detox? Bev HI, I TAKE 250MG MILK THISTLE, 80% SILYMARIN. IT SAYS ON THE BOTTLE TO TAKE ONE OR TWO CAPSULES WITH EACH MEAL. I GENERALLY TAKE ONE WITH EACH MEAL. IF I AM FEELING IN NEED OF MORE DETOX THEN I TAKE THE TWO AT EACH MEAL. HOPE THIS HELPS. Guest guest
Hi Everyone: I've started taking Milk Thistle for detox and am wondering how much I should take a day? My doctor thinks vitamin E is enough to detox but I don't have a good feeling about his advice. Can anyone who takes Milk Thistle advise me how much to take a day? Thanks a lot! Second question: In my haste to get better I started Biaxin way to high in the beginning and had a major herx. My hands have once again developed the scleroderma feel of dry and hard. I've been off the biaxin for about three weeks now and am wondering if I should wait until the effects on the hands disappear completely and just stay on minocin M-W-F or go ahead and start Biaxin on Tuesday at a much, much lower dose. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone! Roni

Guest guest
I do pretty much the same as Carol - one with each meal. But in addition to that, I do the liver/kidney cleanse drink either every day or every other day with the lemon/olive oil/garlic/juice and water mixture. Hope this also helps. rheumatic milk thistle, etc. > > > > Hi Everyone: > > > > I've started taking Milk Thistle for detox and am > > wondering how much I should take a day?
