Guest guest
Kroger and Marsh sell 's Lean beef. I think that would be safe to use. Pork in regular groceries is almost always injected with a solution. Jody mom to -6 and -8 SCD 23 months

Guest guest
Hi , > broth, etc., but does anyone know whether or not beef and pork roasts > and chops that you buy in major supermarkets like Kroger are commonly > injected with anything? Thanks for any help, Where I live (Newfoundland, Canada) the meats are labeled if they are injected. Pork is sometimes injected with a solution (but they are labelled here) but the beef roasts are okay. For your own piece of mind it may be better to bring your own meat for him.
