can you take me off the mailing list until Friday?

Im not sure who to ask for this, but could one of the moderators take me off the

mailing list for the next three days? We are heading out this morning to admit

Austin to the hospital to initiate the diet and I will be overloaded with mail

when I get back.......we are due to be discharged on Friday if all goes well so

Ill want to be back on when I get home because Im sure Ill have alot of

questions for all of you! .............Thank you!...........Tammy

You do this yourself by clicking on " Edit My Membership " at the top

right of the page (you have to be signed in). There is a section

where you can change the way you receive messages. Select " no

email " . When you return, go back and select " individual e-mails " ,

which I assume is what you have selected now. All of the posts that

happend while you were gone will still be available for you to read

on the group page.

Good luck with the diet initiation. I hope everything goes very

smoothly.
