Then I got acquainted with Splenda. Watched my carbs and ate sparingly between meals, only legal snacks. Lots of veggies. Not a lot of red meat. I think what I am going through is a cleansing. You know, my body getting rid of a lot of water and waste. Whatever it is, I'm going to keep doing it and hope for the best. I am experiencing the headache but it's not as bad as the migraines I get from bad eating and I can feel my energy beginning to come back.
