Guest guest
Howdy! I need to go back to the basics, remembering that I need to take my vits and drink my water. I may try the food log thing to see what motivates the Whoosh fairy to visit! I will let you know what I find out! As far as the pinched nerve, I should know better, but my 26 pound 6 mo old is " weighing " on me! Since I have to keep picking him up, I am unable to let it heal. My FIL just had acupuncture to relieve his, so I may take that route! As far as my meds, I have been battling flu and sinus infection, taking antibiotics and whatever else I can get my hands on to make it stop hurting. Now I should be able to get it out of my system and get well. I'll be your buddy if you'll be mine ) Sandi " catherine " wrote: > congrats sandi i had my blood work done in jan and my ratio was 3.0 i > think total was about the same as yours. so i have been waveing that in my > anti atkins friends faces.... let me know what you figure out since i have > been stalled since before time but hey at least i am not going to have a > heart attack what kind of meds do you take??? have you tried a > chiropractor for the pinched nerve?? i want to go to the shore this summer > and i would like to look good in my bathing suit too so keep me posted > welcome back > catherine > ----- > > > Please visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengers > You will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. > To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@... > Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htm > > >
Guest guest
Hey Sandi, Welcome back to atkins. We've missed you. DO you have any more recent pictures of Evan? I am on the Survivor challenge and there are only six of us left. WE started with quite a few too. One of the things we have to do is post our meals each day. But I have also kept a written daily log of my foods, carbs, amount of water and exercise each day. I am finding that that really helps me, even more than posting I think, so why don't you give it a try? corky Re: [Re: I'm Back] Howdy!
