You're welcome Tina. I've needed a lot of " breathing deep and

counting to 10 " lately myself...LOL

Enzymes make a big difference for my boys. We were some of

the first to really try using enzymes for digestive issues in ASD.

We really like the Houston Enzymes. The No Fenol really

broadened my boys' food choices back when it was introduced

many years ago.
