Guest guest
Hi all! I'm new to the group and just wanted to introduce myself. I am 46, live in San Francisco, am 5'5 " and currently weigh 187 lbs. I'm small-boned and am working to get down to the 118 - 122 (depending upon the season) that I weighed through my 20's. I know that I really need support to do this, having tried and failed on my own several times over the last 10 years or so - - always, of course, putting on more weight than I lost... sound familiar??? Am in particular looking for one or two people to buddy up with! Looking forward to getting to know everyone! -- Shivaun

Guest guest
It's beautiful out there! We live in Herndon - just outside of Dulles airport, but travel your way for baseball tournaments in the summers. Re: another newbie > > Lissa - > What county are you in? > > > Albemarle.
