Yogurt starter? What happened to custom probiotics?

Hey there -

Finally ready to start yogurt. Went to site to check goat yogurt

starters (my husband purchased yogutmet's starter along with their

yogyrt maker... this is from cows milk... so I rejected it).

Anyway... I noticed that Custom Probiotics is no longer being

recommended (for either yogurt starter or probiotics). What is

going on? Is the one fron GI pro-health the only one that is

recommended?

Thanks - Sally

Sally,

If you check the archives from this last week (just type in Custom

Probiotics into the search engine at the yahoo site-

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread), you'll find the recent

discussion on Custom Probiotics and why it was removed from

the website.

Please order the GI ProHealth Yogurt starter. It is certified dairy

free and is suitable to be used to make SCD yogurt (using cow's

milk, goat's milk or nut " milk " ).
