the Moog Center for Deaf Education. We'll be meeting at at 9pm Eastern

(8pm Central, 7pm Mountain, 6pm Pacific) for a chat specifically for

parents of deaf and hard of hearing children and professionals who work

with them.

Betsy is the author of " My Baby and Me - A Book About Teaching Your

Child to Talk. " It's unlike anything else written on this subject before

As a person with hearing loss and a parent of a late-diagnosed hearing

impaired child, I created the HearingExchange web site and its chats 3

years ago. Since then I have conducted considerable research, written

many articles for HearingExchange as well as other online and print

publications and have spoken to a variety of groups nationwide who are

interested in issues involving deaf and hard-of-hearing adults and
