Guest guest
Someone mentioned about squash pancakes. Could I have the recipe, please? I have been trying an egg, squash and banana plus or minus baking soda which doesn-t seem to help. These pancakes are very moist and rip apart when I try to flip with my new stainless steel flipper on my stainless steel pan(no more teflon since seeing stuff on the board about it). I love the idea of hiding squash etc. in the burger meatballs. My son gobbles them up. I also noticed about trying nut butters before flours. An almond flour pancake meal caused a reaction on day 2(redness blotches on the face about the mouth). I`m waiting a week and will try either an organic peanut butter or almond butter in a very small quantity. I really appreciate what I learn on this board! Thank-you all for your input. Also, my son`s tenacious chin rash is almost all cleared up and his self-stimming behaviour has reduced dramatically. One thing that has happened is that his eye contact has dropped in the playroom significantly which I find surprising. It`s a mystery to me... Guest guest
I made mine with 1 cup butternut squash to 4 eggs. Also delicious with 1 cup chicken, 1 cup, squash, and 8 eggs. Except we just found out that all 4 of us are highly allergic (IgG) to eggs!! So no more for a while!!
