I have been thinking about your not losing weight for long periods of time and something has to be at the root of that. A couple of things I thought of were that Robin says she has to drink 100 oz. of water in order to lose on this woe. I wonder if more water might help you. I myself couldn't drink 100 oz every day, but it might be worth a try to kick up your water intake some. The other thing I thought of and I hate to really even mention it is that I believe Dr. Atkins says some people have to give up caffeine in order to lose. (Ouch). Have you ever tried that?
