great day catherine. I have been thinking about your not losing weight for long periods of time and something has to be at the root of that. A couple of things I thought of were that Robin says she has to drink 100 oz. of water in order to lose on this woe. I wonder if more water might help you. I myself couldn't drink 100 oz every day, but it might be worth a try to kick up your water intake some. The other thing I thought of and I hate to really even mention it is that I believe Dr. Atkins says some people have to give up caffeine in order to lose. (Ouch). Have you ever tried that? Just trying to think of things that might help you. sometimes I think about giving up caffeine myself, but it would be very very difficult and not something I want to undertake at the moment.
