thanks Shiela for your response and feedback. The low back pain , or

actually more like the sciatic area where that sml indentation dimple is in

the back, first started after the surgery , I never had it before and xrays

show that my other hip is fine. Dr says it may be because of the tight

muscles pulling the pelvis somewhat out of alignment. I know 1/4 inch

doesn't sould like much. but when the dr. showed me on an xray how that

effects the alignment of the pelvis and the rest of the spine its obvious.

Also , it feels like the pelvis is rotated , torqued, toward the operated

side because of the tightness pulling. I most def, will cont. to stretch and

stay hopeful that improvemnt will be forthcoming, thanks, nadine
