My ob and RE told me it is the first day of full flow so it would be by what

they told me 8/1.

did not find out the gender)

Question concerning AF

This may sound like a stupid question, but I am not exactly sure of

the answer. What is exactly considered the first day of AF? If I

started spotting on 7/30 but by the time I woke on 8/1 it was full

flow, is the 30th or the 1st the first day of my cycle?
